Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or switch your billing interval from the billing portal in Settings, in a couple of clicks. A switch is prorated automatically, and after a cancellation Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What does founder price mean?
It is the launch rate for early supporters, and it is locked to your subscription: the price will rise as Pro grows, but whatever you subscribe at today is what you keep paying for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the price of that day.
What happens to my collection if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your cards, lists, and price data stay exactly where they are. Cancelling only changes what you can see: your collection value chart goes back to the free 3 month window, and CSV export follows your current plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are supported, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and popular local payment methods in many regions. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Does Pro work everywhere I use TCGVisor?
Your plan is attached to your account, not a device, so it follows you everywhere you sign in. The website has every feature today; our apps are still catching up, so a few of them (card scanning and CSV export among them) are on the web first. Nothing is billed twice and nothing expires while you wait.
